Vibration Platform

Providing a destabilizing surface, the Vive vibration platform improves balance, core strength, and flexibility by continuously stretching and contracting muscles to stabilize the body while vibrating. Integrating with the most popular workouts, the vibration platform also includes two removable resistance bands for upper-body workouts. The sturdy platform is topped with a textured vibration plate for greater traction and is generously sized to easily accommodate any foot size. Featuring five preprogrammed sessions, the vibration platform has 180 speeds that can be easily adjusted on the bright LCD or with a user-friendly remote control.

The 20” by 12” vibrating platform is 4” high and securely rests on four, non-marking feet for added stability. The durable platform safely supports up to 400 pounds. 

• Variable Speed Sessions

Displayed on a bright LCD screen, the vibration platform features five pre-programmed, ten-minute sessions that vary in speed, or choose a session set at one of the 180 vibration speeds available. A user-friendly remote control allows users to easily increase and decrease the vibrating speed for a personalized workout session.

• Removable Resistance Bands

Anchoring to the base of the vibration fitness platform, two resistance bands provide upper body workouts and increase stability. Each resistance band is topped with a soft foam handle for a secure, yet comfortable grip.

• How to Use the Program Settings:

• Press the POWER button on the remote control or the far left side of the LCD screen

• By pressing the center program “P” button on the remote control, you can toggle through the 5 pre-set settings. Each setting is timed in 10-minute intervals but varies in speed level

• Press the START button to start the program. Press it again to stop the program

• How to Create a Personalized Session:

• Press the top or bottom + / - buttons on the remote to set your desired level of intensity

• Your chosen intensity level will appear on the LCD screen

• Press the START button to start your workout. Press it again to stop your workout

• Care Instructions:

• Gently wipe the platform surface with a damp cloth

• Dry immediately with a lint-free cloth

• Do not submerge the vibration platform in water

• Do not attempt to take this product apart
